  1. Add 2 cups of Epsom salt to your bathtub 
  2. Run warm water to dissolve the salt

  2. In another bowl mix 1 teaspoon of your desired essential oil and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil together (Optional: Add food coloring) 
  3. Mix the contents of both bowls together and stir  
  4. Gradually add 1 teaspoon of water at a time until the mixture feels like wet sand 
  5. Spoon mixture into desired mold and press down 
  6. Allow it to sit overnight  
  7. Dissolve in a dish of warm water and soak your hands!
